NAKURU combines all the advantages of a rigid floor with outstanding properties that enhance room acoustics! Thus, NAKURU is up to six times quieter than comparable rigid flooring, such as laminate or LVT, and achieves a noise transmission improvement of 21 dB ΔLw and 10 dB ΔLlin (NSG standard). As an acoustic solution, it absorbs 30% more noise than other hard surfaces (e.g., 4 + 1 mm SPC).
